Femap/NX Nastran

SI-Schweitzer Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH is a reseller of Siemens PLM Inc./USA which markets the FEM-Program Femap/NX Nastran in Germany. NX Nastran is a further development of proven NASA-Code Nastran, which is known worldwide for its accuracy and reliability. NX Nastran can solve problems up to 7 million degrees of freedom running on 32-bit Windows operating systems. For larger problems, a 64-bit Windows version is available.

NX Nastran is one of the latest versions of Nastran.  Because of its attractive price it is the first choice for both new and existing customers who want to change from current expensive Nastran licenses. All FEM-models in the regular Nastran format can be imported and results can be exported in a typical OP2 format so that existing pre- and postprocessors such as MSC.Patran or Hypermesh still can be used.
